Part One
Part Two

Part 2.5
It been years (eight years) since her daughter started her training and Petra had checked up on the progress. Over the years, the witch had her daughter go through spells after spells while learning other things to shape her to be a great leader in the future. Sent her every spell from the ones Lauda knew to new ones. The whole scroll room was open to her little one so there was no reason to doubt that she needed study them all.

Petra had checked up with her daughter and felt she was close to starting the trial by the Ancestors. However, there were some things that had to be done. So the mother sent her Serva to visit Lauda. Serva’s task was simple. Test the living hell out of Lauda without killing the girl. There was nothing off limit in the test and Serva’s slip into the dark side of life was making it a little easier to think up wicked things to do to her sister.

Matching into Lauda’s bedroom with the sun not even up to start the day, “Lauda… get up now!” Shouted Serva, she then went over and pulled the covers off the bed. “Test time, sis.”

Young eyes fluttered open at the sound of her sister’s voice, face still hidden under the covers before they were pulled off her. Lauda rolled off in her bed, looking at Serva. “Good morning,” the little teenager said, jumping out of the bed. “You don’t have to shout, Serva,” Lauda declared before vanishing into the bathroom, doors locked behind her, to prepare herself and put some clothes on.

Barely a few moments later, she returned, wearing one of light colored dresses, her long brown hair spreading all the way to the end of her back, a single question asked: “What kind of test?”

((Will be posting with Petra for Serva posts a.k.a. too lazy to log into another account))

“Well dear little sister, Ma'dri is going to put you through your next trials and I don’t want you to embarrass her in front of the clan. Things that happen in the ritual can be hard and draining so for being the next big thing in Ma'dri’s plans. It’s best you know your stuff and outwit my challenges.” Serva replied back. She had been waiting for a moment to prove that her mother’s plans were flawed and she was better. Just needed to her away from the stronghold, chuckling at her sister, Serva walked towards the door, “Oh and bring water with you… we’re going west into the desert.”

Embarrass Ma’dri in front of the clan? Lauda would never do that! Not to Ma’dri of all the people. But Serva was right, testing before the big one was a good thing. As her big sister told her she needed to get water, the thirteen year old returned to the bathroom and filled up one of the bottles she kept around just in case, running back into the room to see Serva on her way to the doors.

“All set!” Lauda announced, following her sister out the doors.

((As Serva again))

Looked at her sister, she took note of the one bottle and just smirked, “You really want to come with me unprepared, sis?” She told her where the two were going and the girl looked so unprepared. “This is training and test out in the desert and you want one bottle? Now where is your blade?” She had to paused, she was getting a little pissy with her tone.

Unprepared? That was not true! “That’s not true. I’m prepared. Ma’dri taught me lots of things. I only need one bottle and my spells.” It was true. Lauda had learned plenty in the last years. She didn’t have to carry so many bottles when her young mind was already working out what to do when she emptied it.

Blade? Lauda did have her blade but she knew where she’d get one since Serva had paused, causing the girl to run away from her, bolting through the halls and stopping only when she had reached the doors of the armory. She entered, looked around for a second and then picked up one of the swords more fitting for her size and then ran out, carrying it in her hand while the bottle was in the other, returning to her big sister.

“Do I need anything else?” She asked then, carrying the two items.

Looking her sister over with the new addition, Serva just nodded and turned away from Lauda. She went through the stronghold with knowledge of her sister being at her side. It was easy to see it from the corner of her eye. Since the two had to navigate through the busy roads of the interior part of the Clan’s stronghold where the market and businesses where. It would be easy for a rancor trip over them. They had their own buildings for different things that were more rancor center and were seen more as members like the witches were themselves in the clan.

Serva lead the two out into the clan’s valley. Large area that had the stronghold residence around it expect for the lake that fed a river leaving the mountain range. Going across the valley, Serva stopped sudden so her sister would be head of her. She grinned as she let the words slip out from her lips, “Il dominio sulla terra. Ascolta il mio commando. Piegare alla mia volontà. E svolgere il compito do, Obbedisci Ora.” She stomped the ground after her words. Her will focusing how having the ground jolted up like pillars next to each other as they surged towards Lauda. It was test time and she was going to make her sister find ways using the knowledge she gained into actual practice.

Little Lauda followed her sister through the stronghold and out of it, carrying her blade and water, nothing more. Her spellbook had been left behind but the girl had memorized all the things she knew by now so she didn’t worry about that. Noting that her sister had slowed down, Lauda made a few more steps ahead before she heard a murmur behind her, making her turn around and glance at Serva.

Unable to hear what had actually been said, the girl noted the hit on the ground and muttered herself: “Io comando le madri vecchie di darmi la forza, la spirita, la potenza necessaria per vincere la battaglia che sto per affrontare. Supererò tutte con il vero potere dei modi antichi.” The spell did its work quickly as the chocolate brown eyes observed the pillars go up.

Instinctively she moved back, chanting the spell that would allow her to wield the earth before her: “Beata sei tu… O Antica madri… Figlie di Allya… Dare una figlia il potere sulla terra, Con il dominio sulla terra. Ascolta il mio commando. Piegare alla mia volontà. E svolgere il compito do, Obbedisci Ora.” And as she did, her young mind began putting together how to protect herself from the pillars, hands raising as she added her telekinesis into the mix, pushing the pillars back, away from her as they came at her.

(As Serva)

The young witch smirked at her sister’s reaction and thought up a move quickly to see how Lauda can handle it. Force flowed into her and let it built it up. Fling her hands towards Lauda and pillars, she sent the force out in waves of pushing air. The force ripped through the earth like a slug hammer. Pieces flew at Lauda in the wake of the force. Serva was eager to see if her sister could do something or be pushed away then beaten with rocks.

She could still feel the charge of the spell giving her strength as Serva launched a second attack. More on instinct, rather than rationalizing it, the girl chanted again, a simple spell this time: “Figlie di Allya, io ti invochiamo. Scudo con la tua forza e potenza, mi difendere dal male.” Her hands waved through the air at the same time, pushing the pieces away as the shield went up, this time stronger than it had ever been before.

Never had the little Witch needed it as she did now. Young eyes watched as the gentle flow of color distorted through the effects of the Force, bouncing back the attack before her as her hand flickered again and assisted her shield, making sure nothing went through.

If her little sister was going to play just defense, she would provoke in a harsher way. Serva focus on the pieces and grabbed them with the force to slam them down into the ground. They were no longer needed. Another element was going to serve her needs and soon the timer would be ticking against her dear sister. The witch just grinned wickedly before she chanted her words with malice intent. “Evocare le mani del cielo ... rimuovere la benedizione che riempie i polmoni e coprire così, benedizione non può riempire i polmoni.”

Serva knew full well that her little sister would have to react quickly before she could no longer breathe. Force blanket was a simple spell to use if killing a target was the goal. Also as the spell went on her force was on the spell and making sure it was holding. In turn left her open to break the spell with something that would break the link.

The girl's eyes widen for a split second as the pieces moved to the ground, prompting her to enhance her gift of telekinesis by whispering: "Dai poteri delle strenghe prima di me, mi viene il potere sugli oggetti, mi il potere di muoversi come vedo mi forma." Her mind could feel the spell working, her mind grabbing the pieces before they slammed into the ground and hurled them towards Serva, seeing her lips move for yet another spell.

Lauda coughed then, feeling air beginning to escape her lungs. This alerted the little Witch, alarming her brain that she had limited time before being completely unable to breathe. One more thing. "Le scintille che respirano il fuoco, io ti evocare. Le scintille del fuoco respirare, mi rivolgo a voi. Strega Grande Storia, accelerare le particelle nell'aria, fanno le scintille si permettono. Fuoco deve essere creato in questo giorno!" Her hands raised in the air again as she took in one deep painful breath.Beneath her feet, fire began to rise, her telekinesis launching it at Serva. Yes, the little girl didn't want to harm her big sister but the pressure on her throat told her she had to do something.

The jolt of being pushed back by Lauda’s spell was enough for her focus to leave her own spell. Serva was growing angry that her sister was holding her ground. It was not what she truly had in mind when she started this. Serva just let the rage build. An anger that made her lunged at Lauda. Reaching out with her hands for her sister’s neck to physically choke her out, her anger was being in control for the moment now.

Her sister stopped, the spell had been lifted. Lauda didn't waste a second to take a long deep breath of hair, ignoring the scratching on her throat caused by the smothering a moment before. She didn't however expect her sister's rage or her launch at her. Now that hurt, stronger than the smothering spell, long fingers wrapped around her small neck, disabling the air from entering her lungs or the one already used from exiting.

The child didn't know what to do, she couldn't think, expect one thing. One thing did come to her mind though Lauda had never done such a thing with the inability to speak or breathe, not really. Even a moment before, she had just enough air to speak one last spell, now she just had her mind and her lips to move. "Beata sei tu... O Antica madri... Figlie di Allya... Dare una figlia il potere sulla fuoco, con il dminio sulla fuoco. Ascolta il mio commando. Piegare alla mia voltà. E svolgere il compito do, Obbedisci ora." There was no sound in her words though, her lips just moved in silence as her mind screamed the words in bated breath. An image of fire surged through her mind, swallowing everything around her. Lauda was angry too, furious that her sister would do what she was doing. She had nothing else feel, expect maybe fear that was beginning to swell within her heart. But the fire and anger in mind gave her just enough strength to focus, just one more time.
She was strong enough to truly envelope everything into fire though, heat only began to build within her, spreading across her skin, the fire creating a shield across her entire body, not an inch beyond. Will that suffice? Would Serva even care about the immense heat beneath her hands? Did she even care in all her rage? The child hoped she did, hoped it would effect her just enough to save her.

The fire bit was new and was enough to get the woman’s attention. Serve released her sister. The heat was becoming a little more than what she wanted to deal with. She leapt way with the help of the force. Quickly getting several meters away from Lauda, then shouted at her, “Control now!” Funny to say from one that was a bit raging herself but to burn everything down was a big no in everyone’s book. No one would want Petra to come down on them for a dumb move. Serva shouted again, “Stop it now!”

Lauda could feel herself burning up, the element still spreading all across her skin, allowing her to break free from her sister's grasp. Chocolate brown eyes managed to notice Serva getting away from her and the child began to cough as she lunged for air, shaking with her own anger as Serva yelled to control herself, to stop. That wasn't an easy task, her cheeks turning read from her heat. Taking in a long breath, Lauda tried to calm her down, to make it stop but that just brought on more coughing as her whole neck felt sore, far more than it had been from the spell earlier.

Stop, stop, STOP, Lauda yelled within her mind, wanting to stop the spell, coughing again as she inhaled as hot hair spread from her. She had used the spell before but she had never actually done it in anger and fear mixed together and she had never truly felt what it meant to be fueled by her emotions and the will to survive. Somewhere deep inside her, the fire wanted to keep burning, wanted spread, wanted to push Serva for what she had done, not carrying for who or what else would feel her own wrath in the process but that wasn't the little Witch, that was not her. She cared, she loved the planet she was on, all its creatures and she adored her sister.
Why couldn't she stop them?!
Inhaling deeply again, Lauda continued to try to stop it all, to calm herself, to push the anger way, to stop the element from rising.

Serva quickly reacted being able to see there was no stopping from Lauda. She chanted to herself with a breeze starting to circle her. Dust and dirt was being kicked up and formed a funnel. It was cyclone and it was going to be used for remove elements of the fire. Always good to remove one of the three sources of a fire to kill it, she hope she could take two out at the same time.  With direction from Serva, it came down hard from the sky. She had it crashing upon everything that glowed with heated molecules. The dirt and dust was used to push air out and hope it would cause the fire to go out.

The child outstretched her hands downward, her palms and fingers spread, her breathing finally not painful as she took deep ones to stop herself, to calm the fire within her. She wanted to stop and at moments, it did feel like it was. It was like the fire was now fueling her and not the other way around. It couldn't have been the spell anymore, it felt different.

Heat kept pulsing through her entire being and little Lauda tried to calm herself, her breathing began heavy again as small flames spread across her finger tips then lit up her palms. Why didn't that hurt? Why didn't it burn? It felt... good. Her head lowered for a brief moment, feeling the new wave of energy fill her as the flames spread to her elbows.
"What....?" She muttered, inhaling and exhaling strongly. Before she could even ask, she felt it being going out. Little Lauda rose her head then, seeing the dirt flow towards her, covering her in it, she could barely see Serva's silluete behind it all before it become worse, covering the girl in dust, putting it all out. Before she could stop it, tell Serva to stop, the pressure pushed her to the ground but the dust and dirt kept coming her way.

Ending the spell happen quickly for the young master of the force. Serva did decide on checking how her little sister was. She walked over to Lauda. Grabbing her sister’s shoulder, she helped with some roughness Lauda back to her feet. Then brushed the dirt and dust off, “It appears you still need to study on your spells, little sister… that fire was way top uncontrolled and not a sign of one that’s ready for her trial.” Some of her words were the truth and others were more flavored to poke at Lauda. It was Serva dealing with the jealous nature that been growing in her mind.

She stayed on the ground, her palms pressed against the ground. Dirt had covered her but Lauda didn't care. Not at all. Her young mind had been far from it, on the heat and fire, the flame burning deep with in her. She had used the spell of element protection before, this wasn't it. She knew as much. It was different, stronger, far more intensified.

But the girl couldn't figure it out and before she knew it, she was abruptly picked up and dusted off, chocolate brown eyes widen as Serva told her she had to study on her spells more, calling the fire way more uncontrolled and not a sign of being ready for her trials. Little pupils dilated even further. "I had fire, Serva," she finally spoke up. "It wasn't the spell... I mean it was at first, I was so scared and angry when you started to hurt me, the spell was all I could think of... but then it became something. It was.... wild fire.... and it was threatening to grow a lot more..." Her gaze shifted downward, her palms raising so she could look at them. She had fire in them, it was ready to birth havoc... fire from her very two small hands.
Fire from her own two hands...
